You will get an email saying your cic account or profile has been updated, something along those lines

Please see my timeline below:

ITA: Sept 8th
App sent and AOR: Sept 9th
Review in progress: Sept 9th
Medicals passed and background check in progress as of Sept 19th
Everything else is not needed at this time

ECAS access on Sept 19th, 3 lines, status in process. (We have started processing your application on Sept 19th)

This waiting game is terrifying and although I do realise it has not been that long compared to other people on this forum, it feels like forever. The idea that I could have made a mistake that would lead to rejection keeps me awake at night. I guess we are all on the same boat...

Question is - What does "Decision Made" mean?? Does it mean it has been approved? Or rejected?

It means they have made a decision on your application, mainly it means PPR is on it's way or may get rejected due to something.

Decision made means only that cic made decision of your file

as per current timing DM to PPR
U will received a mail within 10 to 15 days that would be either approved or rejected!

I referred to other threads too. Some have mentioned a "Ghost email" between "Decision Made" and "PPR".

That GHOST MAIL is just a notification of whenever your file has been updated

Thanks Prashant! I received such email on 18th and sometime from then till today, I got "Decision Made" status..
Hopefully I'll receive PPR shortly.. Fingers crossed!!
