Any FSW outland July applicant got DM??

Mine background check went in to progress 3 weeks back and since then there is no update.
I am a July 8 applicant.

ECAS is still down for EE applicants, so there's no way to check for DM.

We still got access to the CIC website right? We can check our status there.

In my case,

my CIC login shows what is the the status. Now it says, background check in progress and NO decision made so far.
I have been mostly looking in to CIC login to know my status.

As far as I know, this one will be updated only after your passport is received by visa office.

Can you please confirm they add line RPRF in Ecas. I paid RPRF in Sep but they asked me again in October but I don't have line RPRF payment.

Ecas is not working for me also but I never saw line regarding RPRF in my Ecas. I saw his post regarding RPRF line in Ecas that's why I am asking him.
