You have to do medicals upfront before submitting application.

I submitted only schedule 4 form and I attached a letter of explanation that schedule 4a form is not applicable to me.

Meaning , are there cases where applicants don't get a AOR on submission?
I got it as soon as I submitted the application !
However I submitted it on a weekend.
