I'm going to lose my job next week ...feeling very unlucky :-X 4 days away from 4 months since I applied. No DM, no PPR My visa expires and then I will be unemployed while awaiting the outcome financially tough to swallow, having spent thousands $$$ already, on trying to stay, more debt and struggle for the Canadian dream... I hope all of us July applicants get some movement, wishing everyone the best for progress SOON!!!! :-*

If I were you I would apply BOWP asap and gain Implied status and continue current job. To my knowledge inland applicants won't get a second AOR.

I would highly recommend you to apply BOWP and GCMS notes right away.

they did a draw today so it means they are not only concentrating on refugee program...

hope to see dm and ppr this and upcoming week.....

It's not much work to make a draw (mostly automated I believe). The question is: are they going to process us, or we were put into a backlog?

I doubt they would do a draw if they did not intend to process the applications. CIC has been under a huge amount of fire because of their horrendous backlogs already. The whole point of introducing EE was to prevent future back logs by limiting the number of people who can apply. The reason they have been keeping the draws at around 1500 is to prevent a new back log from building up. They have committed to 6 months or less processing times. The average wait is 140 something days. Most people are processed in 148 days (mode) be patient.
