AOR in July, 2015...Guys lets get togeather!!

Hi All

Just gave CIC a call as we had decision made on September 30th but no PPR. Apparantley they had our email address incorrect and have been sending emails from October 1st onwards to the incorrect email address they had left out one letter in my name, they said it was a clerical error and lucky we called as our application would of been cancelled as we hadn't sent on the information they requested. They are going to send it on now so hopefully will get something later on today!!!!

I am wondering if I should give CIC a call tomorrow as I had DM on Oct 10 and no new until now. I checked myCIC and my email address is fine but now I am concerned since it seems they manually type the email address for PPR. What if they also typed my email address incorrectly?

The email address in my cic is correct too, the lady on the phone said it was a clerical error. It must have been a typo error. I have to call again tomorrow as they didn't send on any emails again!!!
There is no harm in giving them a call, lucky for me ppl on this forum had advised me to ring.

No Dear, i have not received any email regarding updation yet...it. was being shown in my cic
