Has CIC requested you to provide supplement documents? If so, after you submitted the required documents, you background check will changed to no need for a while, and then changed back to in progress when CIC start to process your supplement documents.

YES (I Answered YES for this)

2)Has Karan ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

NO (I Answered NO for this)

I did CSE for this and added a letter of explanation for this.

I guess both my answers should be YES

I was rejected a US visitor while applying from India but when I applied again from Canada it was approved.How do I change my answer Alpha ?? How do you change it in CAS?

I just called up CIC, I was told the processing times for FSW Inland is 15 months !!!!!

That is the processing time for the old 2014 applications, not express entry.. Its on cic website as well under "Processing times for Permanent Residence".

He said all of the FSW applications have been streamed to Ottawa and the wait times there are higher !

I received a ghost email on September 30th saying my app had been updated there was no change made to my account.

When I go online and check pr status it says decision made and when i click into it there is 5 lines.

July 22:Received PR application
July 22:Received AOR
August 10: Processing Application
August 10:Requested more info
Medical results have been received.

On my cic account it still has background check in progress and no decision made.

Just wondering if anyone else had check PR status and has decision made but no update on cic account.

My Ecas shows below 4 lines and against my name on the main page it shows 'In Process'-

We received your application for permanent residence on August 21, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 21, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 25, 2015.
Medical results have been received

The 4th line was added on 14th Oct (mass update for everyone)

I don't remember seeing 'Application received' as a status on my page but I don't check my ecas daily. Is this the 2nd In process or the 1st one, based on your judgement?
And what are the realistic timelines I should expect for my DM? I have already paid the full fee(550 + 490) in one go for both me and my wife while submitting my application (FSW Outside).

I got a ghost email on September 30th that there was an update to my cic account but still to date it has background check in progress and no decision made. On 30th I just checked pr status check and it had decision made that was nearly 3 weeks ago.
We are FSW inland.
