Thanks for your inputs, appreciate it ...

Now a different topic, police clearance certificate... there i lot of confusion in this regard ... atleast for me... now i have resided overseas for 4 years for which i have got the clearance easy simple way ( fill application form, pay money, submit your id proof all online and they send your the certificate). i am currently based in pune India for the last 2.5 years before that at 2 other locations... now there is service on PSK site to get PCC, now is that only for passports issued under that PSK or for nationally valid or do i have to approach the local police commissioner office to get the PCC incase passport not issued in that state... and do i need to get PCC from all locations where i have resided within the country

hope i am able to explain my self and not confused the issue further

PCC is not required as a part of the Ontario application package. This would be a post-ITA documentation.

From what I hear from people, PCC issued by the Commissioner's office is time bound and people have got rejected because of this where as PCC issued by PSK is not time bound and it is for all of India (One country, One PCC).

Check this link out :
www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ee-pcc-from-india-psk-issued-pcc-no-longer-acceptable-t349090.0.html

So, IMO, it is sufficient if you get PCC from PSK as this holds good for all of India.

Hi Asivad,

Need help pls. Is rejection letter sent thru email or the regular Canada post mail? Your response is greatly appreciated.

Hi guys,

Can you please take a minute and help me with this question.

In my EE profile I have mentioned my spouse work history (2 employers) although I was not claiming points for that. Now after ITA, my personal document list asks for spouse employment records, showing two upload fields.

Has anyone had similar situation?

The thing is, I cannot get the very detailed (job duties, work hours, etc) letters for my spouse, just a regular reference letter stating monthly salary, start date and position. Do you think that will suffice?

Thank you

As you are not claiming points for her work experience, it is okay if you get regular reference letter and upload. All the best.

If you are able to remove that experience, remove it from the employment section and retain it only the Personal History Section.

1) ECA and IELTS for dependent is optional (though if you need more points, you need to have these two).

2) I guess, yes - courses related to medicine should be evaluated by Medical Council of Canada.

3) You cannot submit your post-ITA application with you as dependent unless you are married and have a marriage certificate. So, you can ask your spouse to submit EE application now and then modify it and add you as dependent after you guys get married.

Thank you raj. So marriage certificate is fine right? will start up with that process.

Have one more query like if i apply through Medical council for my UG will they evaluate my PG MBA -HR Education too.

else do i need to send my UG details to Medical council and PG details to WES?

Medical council will not evaluate your HR education. You will need to get it assessed by WES.

They will evaluate your medical (related) degree alone. You have to send your other degree to an institution like WES.

Hi,

Please suggest -

1. Can I show the my Spouse amount as Proof of Fund?

2. I have home loan which I have to pay back every month a certain amount. But I have required amount of savings to settle down in Canada. But this savings amount is lower than my current loan. Should I need to declare the loan. And if I declare is there any risk for my case?

1. Yes, if its a joint account
2. Better don't shows it. If your net POF is lower than minimum required, they might refuse you.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Can you see any risk not showing loan amount for CIC application?
