Any Question on Express Entry---i will try to answer

Hi,

I applied for express entry when I was in Canada, and now I am out of canada… today i recieved mail from cic asking me to courier my passport and other documents to ottawa.. as my address in immigration is still canada's address….what exactly shold i write in response to cic.. how do i update my present address.. ?
Please suggest..

you need to update them to change your vo to local VO.


send CSE to update your address and request to change your visa office.

Upfront medical tests are needed for express entry. It is explained in detail in this link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

" Undergo your exam before you submit your application (Required for certain categories: see your application guide)
This is called an up front medical exam.

You can contact a panel physician directly to get your medical exam.

Once your medical exam has been completed, the doctor will give you a document confirming that you underwent a medical exam. You must include a copy of that document with your application.

If the doctor works with the eMedical electronic system:

they will give you an up-front medical notification printout.
If the doctor works with a paper system:

they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.
You must attach that form to your application before you submit it to the visa office. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application."

i have completed m.s.s and b.s.s in international relations, now i am doing job at a bank, as a senior officer. i have 4 years job experience, my job duties match for noc code 1212 - (Supervisors, finance and insurance,office workers), but i have no business related degree, does job experience relevant education degree mandatory for express entry??/

i am a banker.i have 4 years job experience in NOC code 1212, but did graduation(4 YEARS)& post graduations in international relations,. i have no college program or course in bookkeeping,accounting or a related subject is required.i have only the job experience, can i apply for express entry for noc 1212. only base on my job experience. is this job related course or degree is mandatory? if i can apply then i will try for express entry, please any one ans ware this question.thank you

Try to get any Provincial Nomination to make your Express Entry Path much smoother and clearer.

It's not mandatory to be relevant to Education.

I have some of my documents translated by an official translator back home. Under each translation there is a sentence saying" True translation certified".
Does this suffice? Or should I have a certified translator in Canada translate them again?

I am creating an express entry profile.. I completed masters from Canada.. However I am getting 0 points for education.. In a previous profile that I had created - I was getting points for education- and was nominated in express entry ( I have parallel application through paper pnp thats why didnt submit earlier)

Does anyone have any tips?

Dear ALL,

I got the following information for Police Clearance Certificate in CIC Website -

For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

I am bit confused. I didn't live any other country I currently live in. Then which rules applicable for me. I yet to receive my ITA but I got my Police Clearance Certificate for another visiting country which I think I may use for CIC. However, that certificate issued in Mid-July. Can I use this PCC if I apply before Mid-January?

Secondly, I need to renew my passport which I can't do before February 2016. Because I have some business travel to EU within this period. If I renew my passport, should I take PCC passport again?

I am in PGWP now and currently working in canada fr more than 1 year .I want to file my express entry but I just want to know few things.
I didnt keep my foreign work experience when applying for my study permit,Does it effect my profile if I keep that experience now.
Can I use my experience now while I do my express entry profile now.

What do you mean you didnt keep your foreign work experience when you applied for your PGWP? For express entry I think you would need one year skilled work experience so if you have that you can go ahead and apply for Express Entry.

The PGWP is issued upon completion from university/college. I dont think they issue that work permit based on your past work experience because I had no work experience when I applied for the PGWP when I graduated from university.

I have worked for 1year in india before coming to canada as student but Since the work experience was not important for student visa I didnt enter the details of my work expereince in the study permit application.
Now I am in canada in PGWP and I am working since 1 year in canada.I want to keep my One year indian experience when Filling for express entry

If I keep that Will there be any problem since I didnt mention my indian expreience in study permit and now I am doing it.Can you please suggest .

Hi Guys,

I need urgent help.....

I got my SINP nomination on 24th December thru express entry.....
and i accepted the nomination on MY CIC account also ......
Now on 25th Dec i got a message on my CIC that my profile is ineligible....
I suppose this is because of my ielts results which expired on 14 Dec 2015.

Now i want to update my new ielts on the same profile but not able to do ....

Since my nomination is connected to that profile i am not able to make the profile eligible.....


Guys plzz plzz suggest what to do .....

Shall i ask SINP to change my profile number in the nomination letter....

or Ask CIC to change the profile status by uploading new ielts results .....and how....


Plzz suggest.
