I disagree :)
It's easier for a person who paid the money to your account to write a statement declaring it as a gift, than for you to wait additional 4 months.

well it is complicated as they were transfered first into and then from an account which has a loan on it .. + a part were later added by selling a car and a gift from my husband's dad...
So it is a reaaally messy account.

Funny things is how they expect us to have all money clean when most of the western world lives on credit and consider it completely normal.

Express entry profile rejected twice

Hi guys!

Seek your help to understand why my profile showing ineligible when initial assessment says I'm eligible.
IELTS Score is L=7.5, R=8, S=7, W=7 Overall=7.5
ECA says Bachelors Degree 4 years (i.e. Masters in economics as per my home ccountry)
Work experience= 13 years (Finance, accounts receivables manager, credit & collections manager)
Age=38 years

Firstly, I'm not sure which subject to select as Economics is not available as option in the selection criteria. If I select Arts general or humanities, this is not matching with my job experience.

Please help!!

Thanks

hey everyone,

I rcvd ITA on 27th November and I am unsure if both the below questions will have the same answer . The first time I applied for US visitors visa it got rejected but second time I got it for 10 years.

Has XXX you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Has XXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

I guess you have to answer YES for both!

You are eligible under FSW (Just checked your points, you are getting 68/100). Well, guess you are doing something wrong :

1) Did you answer NO to "Do you have an ECA for the degree mentioned"?
2) How much funds did you say you have (and how many family members do you have)?
3) What NOC did you choose?

Guys, after I receive ITA do I have to provide reference letters for all my spouse's employers as well?

Your spouse's work experience does not count if it was not gained in Canada. You can safely remove all such experience from the Employment history section and retain it only in the personal history section.

Please note that if you mention any employment in the Employment History Section (whether it awards you points or not), you must submit a reference letter in the format required by CIC. That is why, it is wise to discard all employment details that do not award any points from the employment section.

Hi,
I made a mistake on my EE profile for job starting date. I started working there in December 2013 but accidentally put in November 2013. I got the ITA for the draw in December, so still have 2 years of experience and my CRS will remain the same even if I change the date on my application now but I am worried If this is an excuse for them ro refuse my application.
In November 2013 I was a full time stident in Canada so I was not working full time.
Any suggestions will help!

I have got PT and now need to submit application. Few questions:

1) The website of Ontario state nomination says that I need to submit : Letter from employer stating duties, salary drawn, any long leave taken , number of hours worked per week and so on.. Do you think this is needed ? As earlier letter which I prepared based on recommendation of my consultant only include designation, timelines and job duties.
2) It says that transcripts in sealed envelope need to be submitted but we already submitted those those to WES. Do we need transcripts again or only WES report ?
3) Do I need to show funds now or later when Ontario nominate me ?

Waiting for your usual expert opinions

correct the date to December 2013, as your CRS score is not impacted, this is not a problem and you are not giving any false information anyway.

Hello there,

I started job in 2012 to date and in all I have 3 years work experience including maternity period. My job contract ended after my 2nd year of experience in 2014 and then I was heavily pregnant and as a result of that I could not start another job immediately until after the maternity period however, I started a new job immediately after my maternity period. Can I include the maternity period as part of my 3 years experience because in reality the years of physical work is not up to 3 years but 2 years + because of the maternity period. I discussed with my new employer about including my maternity leave period (with a proof) that I had before I started the new job with him and he agreed to back date my employment date to cover my maternity period. Will this be alright?

Anyone with clarification and insight please comment. Thanks all.
