I would like to ask you a question. Do you know the date for full hearing? Is your hearing in Calgary or Edmonton?

My hearing is going to happen maybe next year. I would like to know what months I could get my hearing.

I appealed in Calgary in August 2015 and got blue book last week of December 2015. I am preparing my evidences to send to IAD and request ADR. Do you know what the time line is for a full hearing? Did you try to call IAD office to know how much longer you have to wait for full hearing?

may i ask when your medical will be expired?

I talked to IAD in May and they told me that the waiting time for hearing in Alberta is 18 months. I filed my appeal first week of August 2015 and already pass one year (12 months) I think my hearing time will be early next year. I would like to know what months are full hearing. I do not think we have hearing every month in Alberta. I would like to know the month so I can visit my wife prior to the hearing.

Hi Emaan3,

You should've got some response by now, if not, call them and check the status. There is no point to send anything, till the time you get your file copy from the office you applied for. MPs won't be of any help as of now. Call IRB (immigration refugee board) on 1-866-790-0581, and their fax no# is 416-954-1165/416-973-9307.

I visit IRB office just half hour ago, and I was told that a case manager is the best person to speak with, they even gave me his contact details and asked me call up, instead of walking to their office.

You have received the acknowledgement letter from appeal board. Next.is the blue book which is basically a copy of your file and in it notes from officers explaining their reasons for refusal. Some send in proof after that. Some request an adr. It depends what part of Canada you are as to how long you have to wait. Take some time to read back about a year. I did. Or ask on here. There's a backlog of appeals of about 6300. And any given yr 6300 new ones. So everybody waits.

Just wanted to check with anyone else who has submitted police clearances and Medicals to foreign offices, the instructions in the letter do not state how to send forms to them, is email via webform acceptable it seems to be ok for the RPRF to Missisauga? So email, Fax, Mail?..... Sent a copy of the requested documents directly to singapore's email and also via the webform , Singapore is terrible at returning email I'm still waiting on confirmation on what forms we need to change our daughters status to accompanying.

i submitted mine by mail, to the address they put in the email from CPC-Ottwa.

After 1 year and 20 days of winning appeal i got passport request today.
In total 5 years
Thank god for his blessings
I pray to him tht everyone who is living away from their loved ones like me, may get their application done quickly.

Congratulations Karan751. Wow, that's a long time for you. For me it's going to be 1 year next month August 19 since we won our appeal. Total of 3 years of punishment.

Hopefully you will be next for PPR
