After 1 year and 20 days of winning appeal i got passport request today.
In total 5 years
Thank god for his blessings
I pray to him tht everyone who is living away from their loved ones like me, may get their application done quickly.

Our Home Town Is Edmonton and we hired Lawyer from Toronto ( Visa place).. do you think It would be fine with IAD? IAD will have any Problem With this ? Can our Lawyer be with us on Video Conference during ADR or Hearing ?

Usually they send email.to my lawyer but as they have my email.through enquiries they sent email to me.

There are no witnesses at the ADR. If you have a full hearing you have the option to have witnesses. They can either be physically present at the hearing or they can be called.

Congratulations Karan751. Wow, that's a long time for you. For me it's going to be 1 year next month August 19 since we won our appeal. Total of 3 years of punishment.

Thank God it's all over for you, Congratulations. Yours actually restore hope for us and I believe we would all get it over with. Oct 5th will be a year for me and I'm very hopeful I am going to get my request next month August. Congrats once again.

Hello Tony i dont know exactly how things are with the early hearing, just that it is not necessary for them to interview your spouse. At the full hearing it was my lawyer, minister counsel, my self, one person who i did not know and my son. You are allowed to invite people even witnesses but you have to advise them before the hearing. My husband was interviewed over the phone. They told us last september they dont do video calls. Maybe that has changed. From what i have read before the sponsor should attend in person..i have no idea if it is possible for the sponsor to stay in another country for the hearing..i would call the appeal place in toronto and ask them.

i have send inquiries to cpc as well, each time they dont give me much information and tell me that they will not answer the same question again, or thank me for my patience lol (if only they knew how little i have left). the only information they gave me is that the file is with them and is being processed and that they dont know how long it will take.

hy guys......i received blue book they said in letter that i have to provide evidence as soon as possible other wise they will call for full hearing ..........now my lawyer sent them proofs .how i will know that they will select for adr or full hearing?plz help

Please expect the wait time at least two months after submitting all updated forms. I submitted mine first week of June still awaiting for PPR
