with the email please advise, was it a passport request?

Yes, so that would be where you will send it. Make sure the address its written correctly and you use a courier service such as DHL, FEDEX. Blessings.

Hi guys am so happy thank God my husband received PPR and COPR today, I send him this morning concerning something I was a bit confused she said it's passport request that was not true after we received the great news finally finally almost there, my prayer your turn will come, 4 years of long wait is over!!!!!

This does not necessary mean CBSA has not sent to IRCC. CBSA sent our file in March and IRCC didn't knowledge it until October.

Unfortunately I no longer have the CBSA contact. I got contact from an IAD officer.

Thank you Alexis1971 you’re right. finally I had received back email from Cbsa to confirm they have sent file back to IRCC Feb 07-2022 via Mail but I’m surprise why mail? I have seen some other applicant their application reopen fast less than 10 days so I guess those IRCC received in electronic.
