Hello house. Please for those who have filled in the Schedule A for file reopening. Do we fill it online the print out and sign then upload it to webform. The schedule A form I saw was for 2019. Please I would like to know if that is the latest updated Schedule A

Yes you can fill it online print sign and upload for schedule A I did 2018 we had a discussion before concerning 2018 or 2019 for appeal case it's 2018.

our file was also sent back via mail due to issues in the mailroom at ircc mississauga...according to CBSA.
we completed 2019 Schedule A...ours is an appeal case as well so I do not believe 2018 is specifically for appeal cases.

Because I am applicant September 2019 refused April 2021 .. appeal won in November 2021. It has been 5 month nothing to hear from ircc. Please give me some idea what should I do? Once again congulation

I have sent email to Cbsa appeal region. Are you based Prairie rgion/western Canada? The email you received from IAD contains email of the responsible cbsa appeal in your region
Cool I m out land applicant.my wife is in Canada . My hearing was in Toronto through Microsoft team.. CBSA Ontario office ..in notice of decision letter wrote CBSA Ontario office address..

Yes, you should. First I got an email saying it was prepared to be sent to IRCC. After that I got several automatic emails that it was dispatched to IRCC and a few hours after that it was received by IRCC. On the next day I got an email saying it was dispatched to VAC, and then shortly after I got another one saying that it was prepared to be shipped to my address by a courier service.
