He's won the appeal (ADR) twice. He's gotten two interviews, and he's going to have a third interview next year. He failed both interviews, so that's why he got refused. He was asked an open question: tell me about your wife. And he couldn't answer, he said something like: ask me specific questions and I'll tell you everything. But he couldn't give an open answer, so that's why he got refused twice according to him. He's in the interviews thread of this forum.

Yeah I sent him a private message . I guess he he did not appeal twice . First time he failed interview ...he just applied again not appeal.....second application he appealed.

I just wasn't sure if they interview your partner again after winning appeal. But he reapplied not appealed first time that's why he was interviewed again

I did not won any ADR..I Re applied and got refused havent win any ADRs
My bad then. Hope it gets better for you now.

I am Andrew, my wife (sponsor) is Juliana. Nope, not yet, still waiting for the medical request. I think I'll be getting the visa in mid-late January or the beginning of February. There's no winter where I live, in fact the coldest it gets here is probably like 17 degrees, so I am betting the cold will be a bit complicated to deal with. But at least in the west coast it isn't that cold, so that's something I can work with.

Hope you're reunited with your husband soon too. We all share the feeling that comes with this struggle.

Here is a website site where your husband can put in his postal code and find his MP

because they are slow at everything.....I did call my MP of my neighbourhood (local politician) and they can always make things faster but if your husband call them.....they can call immigration on your behalf and at least to try find out what is going on.

Yeah I agree....it's so hard. Although I think it makes some of us appreciate the relationship more....seeing how much work and effort we put into making work .

For me at least anyway

You couldn't be more right about that. I've seen many couples taking each other for granted, my parents, for example, and many more. I know we'll always appreciate that we have each other, just from the memories of this. It is not ideal, I'd rather be with her all the time, but this has taught us to treasure things that maybe we wouldn't otherwise. Definitely, it teaches you to get the most out of every moment.
