Good Lord, DM since August 10!! Cic this is the worst wait ever. Today is the day, where is this passport request? It's my right to bring my husband & furbaby to my country.

Ok u see. Sorry, normally I read back to old posts. My hiband too has dm. In ecas. Since August 10. I have already saw one person go fast from dm to ppr. I thought a few days later to a week for ppr. But now Idk.

can anybody help how they decide taht its ADR of full hearing. I got the letter for surgery is it helpful in ADR processs or applying the visitor visa.\

The only way to get adr from what I know, is that you need to have a case that can be easily rectified. As adrs are only an hour. And your the only witness.
You can always try to send in your evidence, however not sure about a medical issue. If it has any affect on speed if adr or winning. Where are you in Canada again?

Sorry I had given the wrong month I appealed in September of 2016.It took us roughly four (4) months to get a hearing date in January of 2017.Are you waiting on a full hearing?

I really thought my husband's ppr was just around the corner from dm. Most of this process after winning appeal seemed to be on the quicker side. I even postponed a trip. I missed Eid & my birthday finished on Tuesday. I got it wrong. Unfortunately. However. Speaking with mp asst. She says ppr should be here asap. Keep the faith. It's coming. It's also automatic type generic email. Can be anytime throughout weekend as well! Just be ready if you aren't already : )

WE GOT THE PASSPORT REQUEST TODAY!!!

After being married and living apart for more then 4 years, we can finally bring together!!!
I've waited 4 years to write this! I'm sooo happy that I finally got to write this too!

I received my blue book from the appeals office today. How do I know when the hearing date is?
I was angry to see that all of our proof wasn't in the blue book. Just a couple posts from our facebooks, couple pictures. Like what the heck is that? All my original proof went to that visa office and I never got it back!

I had the same issue. My blue book was sent with no proof - just the forms. I think it is a case by case depending on the visa officer that you get. It looks like this is a new trend in an effort to save time and effort. The problem is IAD doesn't know the proof you sent in if you didn't explain something in detail as they would like on the form. Plus side good to submit these docs again.

They are suppose to include all documents and pics that we provided them!! That way iad and canada customs can see our marriage.

I got refusal letter for my wife. VO believes that marriage was not genuine or was to get privileges. I am going into appeal but can't afford lawyer. Hoping, I will represent myself in IAD. Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about your denial. It's heartbreaking and devastating.
