Pakis, I am totally agreed with you. I have been rejected thrice, first I applied in 2010 as skilled worker and got refusal in 2012. Now applied twice for study but got refusal both time. For now I lost everything I earned. Now I am very tired about this country. There is nothing specially for educated people. Inflation is very high but no job with good salary. I am near to suicide situation. Lets try for australia. Jaha itna loss kia ha wha kuch aur sahi. What do you think?

Fazell bhai, I know refusals can be really heart-breaking and I offer you my condolences. But I would also like to point out that you never should have applied for a Canadian SP after you had applied for FSW. It naturally made your case weal as they would have thought that your aim is to just settle in Canada.

but yar australis is way too expensive, I selected few universities for admission. But tuition fee of all of them was more than 30K a year.

With due regrets, your application was bound to fail. Why? Because:

- Minimum acceptable IELTS - General Section scores are 6.0 in each ability. You didn't get it.
- B.Com might be considered by WES, but virtual universities are normally not even considered under WES evaluation. You might have lost points for that, too.

This is my view. I might be wrong.

It is based in canada and assesses the credentials of people applying to canada.

I can understand your feeling after getting rejection from Canada. But how can you portray your thoughts about Canadian people even though you never been in Canada.
