Salam,
Guys need your help and suggestions I applied for my dad and sister's visitor visa application from Canada being their representative , it's been 45 days since I applied so far nothing much on their mycic account other than file open biometric received, final decision not started.
Just wondering how long until final decision? I checked the processing time for Pakistan is aprox 59 days.
Anybody experiencing the same situation? Please share

Hope all are doing well, i already have a valid Canadian PR, Married two weeks back , want to apply for my wife visit visa, as we are planning for our Honey moon :, Currently living in Saudi Arabia, Originally from Pakistan, Can anyone please guide me how should i proceed, i already studied over CIC website but confused as VO will ask for Invitation letter etc from someone inside canada . looking forward for any help and guidance.

hi. my visit visa got refused for two reasons
1. travel history
2. insufficient funds

i have attached the following documents
a. form
2. bank statements showing 12000CAD joint accounts with my mother
3. property
4. income tax doc.
5. visa facilitation letter by my employer
6. invitation letter
I was invited by my family friend in canada for 3 weeks and he was sponsoring my stay and tickets.
kindly guide me

Hi,

I got my Immigration 4 weeks ago and do the landing at Cornwall. I with my wife and 2 kids living in Cornwall from 4 weeks, I come to Canada as Student in 2012 and then got Post Graduate work permit in 2014. My wife and kids joined me Canada in 2014. We were living in Montreal and now moved to Cornwall due to Ontario PNP and did our landing. I still waiting for our PR cards and have COPR with us.

I want to call my Mother-in-law to visit us as my wife is Pregnant and I want someone to take care of her as My job is in Montreal.

My wife is house wife and has no income and depends on me. My mother-in-law also a house lady and have no job and depends on his Son income. My mother-in-law have 2 other daughters and a son in her country. All are married. My mother-in-law is a widow.

Will I apply for Super Visa or visit visa for her. I want her to stay here with us till the delivery of new baby and she can go back after that.

I am doing full time permanent job with salary 50+K .

Let me know which documents I need and any other suggestions.

Can you share your timeline please, I applied for my parents on 6th July and no response yet. I dont know what is happening.

I applied visit visa for my parents on 20th June but still no update, They did Biometric but when i login to cic its showing "No needed at this time" is it normal?
I did not receive any email from cic till now but few members receive update email but showing nothing change in status, Is it normal?

anyone has the same issues?

Yeah It's Normal... Just Wait and Watch

So it means till now CIC didn't open my application?
Normally people on forum got approval or rejection they receive 2-3 times email from cic update but found nothing inside...

Hi. This is Shazy from Pakistan. Me,my wife and 6months old son are applying for a 20 days visit visa in Canada.while my 4 years old son is staying back in country. I have been in England for 4 years on a student visa and came back after completing my education when I still had 9 months valid visa. I have about 600000 cad worth of agriculture land on my name and about 800000 CAD worth agriculture land on my fathers name which I inherit. And I have a established business in pakistan plus have some rents from properties as well. We just want to visit niagra falls and few more tourists points. I don't have any invitation/sponsor letter . I just want to ask that what are the chances to get Canadian visit visa and how can I improve my chances thanx in advance ???

Provide good details of your current business, nature, income documents as well as your day to day involvement needed to run it.
Provide a detailed travel plan itinerary, where you intend to stay and approximately when you intend to come back. You don't have to stick to it, but it provides more detail to your actual intention.
You should have more than sufficient funds for this trip (i.e. your statement should have significantly more amount available than the cost of entire trip).
Clearly your child that you are leaving behind.
Chances are still hazy since tourist visit visa from Pakistan is tough (thanks to great deeds from our fellow countrymen in the past regarding immigration frauds) and generally they expect you to have visited several other places (US / UK / UAE etc.) for tourism only before hoping off to Canada.

I am planning to apply for my parents super visa! and I need help with the medical insurance bit. they plan to only visit for 2 months.

1. can you please tell me how much it cost you per person for medical insurance>
2. and name of your insurance provider please? Sunlife gave me a quote of 150 per person per month
3. r they refundable? because my parents only plan on coming for 2 months hardly.
4. can I apply for their permanent immigration/sponsorship once they are in Canada on a super visa?
