We have sent web forms to the manilla office and there is no response. Not sure if colovey has tried them.

You have to send a same message то Canada(Canadian WEB FORM, but find new web form from 2021).When they receive and answer you, they will send it to your visa center.

Hello there thank you, I just sent a webform directly to my local visa office which is in Manila, so hopefully to hear from them hoping patiently waiting....
but if ever they wont respond then I will try your suggested way of contacting them thru the Canada IRCC webform thank you very much
someone said here try to send we forms thru the Canada webform... im afraid it wont be allowed to send many webforms? but i still waiting for the webform i just sent directly to manila office
absolutely, keep me informed as well.. This last part of waiting is extremely stressful
You should receive automatic confirmation from the office that they received your message.
We just sent the new November 13th webform through. Hopefully it gets a response.
wow so its almost 1 month now from raising webform hooo i know how it feels we have to start waiting for next week again every weekdays the anxiety from waiting the final decision is real.lets hope soon
