Hi all. I want to order gcms notes but have few queries. Kindly help. They ask us to fill the consent form after making the payment. The consent form asks for designated representative's information. Can I leave it blank as I dont have any representative.
Secondly they have asked to mail the scanned copy. But I could not find any email Id.
Kindly help.

When you request your GCMS notes through GET GCMS, you will be sent a pre-filled consent for. The designated individual in the consent form is the person at GET GCMS to whom you are authorizing to obtain your GCMS notes. It is NOT the same as your authorized representative (lawyer / consultant).

Just follow the instructions and sign the form.

Recently, I had received my GCMS note, I ran through the last Notes, It says assssed CRS 919 out of 944, the difference is exactly 25

What does that mean...??

It also contains a remarks saying OFFICER REVIEW REQUIRED

Can you please help me with this

Hi l

As per your notes, you have cleared eligibility and your security is in progress. There will be 4 "Security" sub-activities before the security is cleared. Unless you see "security screening," you are not in enhanced security.

I don't see any concerns in your notes and it is just a matter of time before your application is approved.

Hi legalfalcon. My gcms notes say s.15 (1) on pages where there is any thing related to security. Does does imply SS or is it normal to have this due to the secrecy? Will really appreciate your response. Thanks

I just called cic ro find out what documents I need after doing my medicals ...and they said my application has been transferred to the edmonton local office.
I am a principal applicant for inland sponsorship
...my question is..
1 is this bad?
2 does this mean my application is going to take longer than expected?
3 in what events do app get transferred to local office...? Please I need clarity

MI3 refers to the ministerial instruction 3.

Effective July 1, 2011, the third set of Ministerial Instructions (MI3) further limited the intake of new FSW applications by lowering the global cap to 10,000, with sub-caps of 500 for each of the 29 priority occupations. It introduced an annual cap of 700 for new applications made under the federal Immigrant Investor Program, and also included a temporary moratorium on Entrepreneur applications while that program undergoes review.

Dear legalfalcon, I had submitted my gcms notes request on 17th August 2018 but unfortunatlly did not received them, when I contact your team they informed me it comencend with IRC on 20th August..my quesion is why its delayed as per your experience? Its almost 40 days and when suppose to receive ? Thanks on advance

Some GCMS notes are delayed. This can be on account for many reasons. Administrative delay is the most common. Also, if your application is at the final stage, then GCMS notes will not be released and priority will be given to finalization of the application. Also, if your application is being processed outside Canada, then it could be a case that the office has not yet released the GCMS notes.

Since IRCC does not disclose the reason, no one knows the exact reason. However, all you can do is wait, or file a complaint with ICC.

can you, please, help me as well to understand GCMS notes?
I can't copy it, so
it says in ASSESMENTS
Eligibility -passed
security- (just blank)
Criminality-passed
medical- passed

on the page 2 right upper corner there is s.15(1)- does it mean that SS is in process? as further goes CLIENT DETAIL and ADMISSIBILITIES where it says security-not started. for my husband security page is "withheld pursuant to section 15(1)".

Last pages of the PA and officers note indicate that my eligibility confirmed by officer Dec, 14th, 2017.

and the very recent note in on June 12, 2018, where it says Med reassessment completed as per OTTAWA RMO for PA ans SP. (I'm not good with all these abbreviations-what does it mean?)

(I applied on October 10, 2017 as FSW inland. I'm a main applicant plus my husband who has excessive travel and work history with Afghanistan and Iraq (US military bases). Can it be a reason for so long waiting for us since we applied?

and one more question-Although GCMS notes say that my eligibility is passed- my CIC account still says We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
and We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. though GCMS says that security not started. why information contradicts and what should I believe?
