Acca affiliate evaluation through Wes

Hi I would like to ask what you need to do as an affiliate to get your qualifications evaluated.I attached all my certificates to my WES profile.ACCa hassent my transcript to WES but my status at WES says outstanding document in the form of a membership certificate.How do I get around that?

If you have completed ACCA foundation level then you would have attained Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA. This Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business is assessed as equivalent to bachelor's three years by WES.

You are eligible to claim points for two or more degrees based on your BBA degree and ACCA Advanced Diploma.

i did my wes evaluation for foundation level papers and wes evaluated as only 1 semester of university.
can you explain what should I do in order to get advance foundation diploma evaluated as 3 year degree.
