I have applied to ( SAH ) but got an (XG) due to an over size document and ROC-O have sent an email to my personal email and also to the organization that have sponsored me can I personally send the missing documents will ROC-O accepts or it should be exclusively done by the organization? They have gave is only 4 days to send the missing document is it ok if I have send it to ROC-O my self ?? note that I have personally got the email from ROC-O but the were saying [ Dear Sponsor (s) ] the above sponsored person is missing documents. So i just want to know if it is ok for me to personally send the missing document as an ( applicant ) or not ?
