I just had my husband's application returned. I logged into the portal and it says *incomplete beside the Use of Representative form. I went through it again carefully, and I have filled out the 3 sections that are required and I honestly don't know what is missing. Is this one of the cases where I should have put N/A in all the categories that didn't apply? IRCC didn't specify what was missing and I am really confused.
ETA:
1. We digitally signed this form by typing it. I think there was only one form where we handsigned that didn't allow for a digital signature.
2. Should we be resigning all our forms because they're dated start of February?
3. The email said, "Based on the intake status of the category under which you applied and the date and time of this message, you may still be able to re-submit your application once required information is provided. However, this is subject to change." So, should I still get the forms resigned?
4. The fees have increased since we applied in March, what should I do? There's no way to just pay the increased amount.
