Got AOR but application returned on PR portal

Hello guys,

I am confused.

I got AOR and linked my application on GC Key.

However the status on the online portals changed to returned and they didn't give a reason.

Anyone experienced this before?

Should I have to resubmit the application on PR portal again, thank you so much!

Thank you! This is the second time got returned. For the first return, I did receviced emails to inform me what's missing but nothing this time. It showed returned on April 29, and I have waited for one month and nothing to email me. Any suggestion? Thanks!
