Applied for PCC, got confirmation email yesterday and email saying that government form is missing but i did submit the government form online and printed and emailed it as well
This is what the email said
We have "Received" your Application however we are unable to proceed with the application due to the following reasons:
Passport : see remarks
Remarks:
Applicant is misssing goverment form please reprint and send it vfs office To submit the missing or incomplete documents via courier/post,
Can someone please help me out and tell what documents they are asking for
