They said it would be conducted on the ground of Dublin Regulations. But as I explained earlier my deportation was illegal. This was also briefly brought to the attention of the European Parliament in the year 2017 when I was still carrying out my Hunger Strike at the doorsteps of the UNHCR office in Greece.
