I would like to know whether anyone experience this situation like me. I am the protected person in Canada and my family members are UNHCR registered refugee. Are they still eligible to come Canada with Goverment Assisted Refugee program if their case has been referred to IRCC by UNHCR even though I included them in my PR applications to process with me together?
