It is a rule protected person must submitted biometrics for pr irrespective of previous biometrics for refugee claim. I do not know why ircc not giving biometrics request along with AOR it will delay the process and nothing

IRCC usually requires new biometrics even if biometrics were given for the refugee claim before. This is because PR processing often requires a separate biometrics record linked to the PR application.

From my understanding and online researches, $635 processing fee is all that’s required from protected person for the PR application and that’s all I paid.

This $635 is application fee .you have to pay additional $85 for biometric at the time of application otherwise they not generate BIL

Getting AOR + BIL close together is very common, so you might indeed receive it within 1–2 days or sometimes biometrics are reused if you gave them before.

I got my biometric about 3 months after receiving my AOR.
