Hi, I'm a protected person. I just submitted application for PR for myself and family back home. Can someone please tell me how the process is like, and the processes timeline

Unless part of a pilot program you are looking at multiple years for you and then an additional multiple years for your family

After I submitting PR after getting the positive decision from my refugee claim, is it possible to apply the visitor visa for my spouse and kid to come Canada while their PR applications (outside Canada) are in the process with mine??? Seeking the valuable advise. Thank you.

They can certainly try applying for a TRV. Chances are very high the TRV will be refused. But no harm trying.
