Can a protected person apply for PR through PNP or Express Entry

Please double check your options before posting it publicly so you don’t mislead people. You CANNOT renew your home country passport as a protected person. This would be a costly mistake.

Just because protected person renew home country passport does not mean he/she reavail himself to original country protection. Furthermore, RPD would not revoke refugee status or PR solely because someone renews home country passport to use it as ID and for jurisdiction licensure purposes. Check the following link.
