I got the pre-screening email today June 3, my app was received on March 12, 2014. "Processing of your application can take up to three months or more depending on the time required to verify your documents and the volume of applications received by this office".

Regarding Nova Scotia Nominee program we already have sent our application but until now we did not receive any answer weather our application is accepted or not or even received.

is there is a way to track our application as the courier company confirmed it was delivered.

Yes, you can made a call to NS office and they will confirm you whether they receive your application or not.
Telephone numbers are mentioned on their website.

They will nominating 50 apps only.

It is out of logic. For example, if immigration officers think that in first period there are 75 successful applications and better than those in the 2nd or 3rd periods; Will they reject 25 from the 1st period and accept later applications with low qualifications??!!!
Totally illogical
