It is out of logic. For example, if immigration officers think that in first period there are 75 successful applications and better than those in the 2nd or 3rd periods; Will they reject 25 from the 1st period and accept later applications with low qualifications??!!!

I can't expect. It will depend any many factors, I think the most important ones are:
1. How much strength the settlement plan is.
2. To what extent qualification matches NS expectations.

As I have already informed that they are nominating 50 apps per time period(18 days).......may be they are doing so NOC wise..... : : :

I don't think So they are doing assessment NOC wise,it is clearely showing in spreadsheet they are doing received date wise.

Yes, you can made a call to NS office and they will confirm you whether they receive your application or not.
Telephone numbers are mentioned on their website.

My application was received on 12 March 2014. I want to ask about the pre-screening letter as i did not receive yet . can any one tell me please that when i can get any email whether positive or negative or they just send positive email? please reply

i just called NS office they said they are working on files reached till 17 march ..


told me to wait for some more weeks to get a reply from them ... as my file reached NS office on 10 march

You must be having tracking number on the Courier Receipt. Use the same for tracking on courier company's website to verify the exact status.

Regarding Nova Scotia Nominee program we already have sent our application but until now we did not receive any answer weather our application is accepted or not or even received.

is there is a way to track our application as the courier company confirmed it was delivered.
