ZIDYAY, I was on the same point but no body is gona trust this because of NSIO mentioned that 150 is CAP and all other members are taking this as overall capping.

But still the point to think that what makes them helpful if they only get 150 people? are they going to photo copy them to fullfill the market demand? If not then there must be huge demand..not only 150 8)

So, do you believe that NS has a potential demand for more than 6000 new immigrants? Regarding me, I don't

I failed to get your point again. I believe that NS represents less than 5% of whole Canada in total area and in population too. Therefore, I am thinking that NS nomination visas should be less than FSWP visas by huge number. That why I believe that it is 150 in total not per each occupation.
Please describe your POV in another direction to me, sorry once more.

Honestly, I don't think so they have extremely demands and shortage of labours. Well, they can hire resources from local markets why they need only immigrants.

1) The Community Identified Stream has been replaced with the new Regional Labour Market Demand stream. So process should be same. Just they have changed that they are going to provide an opportunity who willing to settle down in province, without job-offer etc..

2) Canada is going to close family program across different provinces and will start without job-offer category. However in form you can see some strong relationship option such as family member, friends etc. It happened for SK, NS.

3) More than 50% new immigrants have been facing jobs problem initial 6 months. Local Canadian company will only hire when you have Canadian experiences or you need to start your career as a fresher in Canada unless you are lucky

4) Nothing about jobs demand and other stuff. they are trying to showing that they are going to hire more immigrants to fulfill shortage of labour demand. then why they closed family program... Otherwise, they should have to start process in faster manner.

Sorry but very disappointed with their system.. faced bad experience in SK.

What demand? People are facing jobs problems. so many people do not get right jobs, although, they have done their masters, engineering, doctors etc..

Once people are here then they can realize. People need to get license, registration, certification and so many things before going into their desire occupation. Ultimately, cost,time,pain are attached with it.

We all have more possibilty to get nominated. Either 2014 or 2015.... They will make our appl as skill pool. As they are growing economy, more chance for us in future, atleast if not now. However word for all of us is 'Wait'.

The truth of the matter is that..... i don't see the reason why they have decided to collect 1000 app, knowing fully well that they are nominating only 150 and that is the quota federal government has given them. To me, its a waste of peoples time and energy, it can also be described as giving people high hopes. how can u queue peoples file for next yr knowing fully well that immigration laws are not stable.... it changes as it deem fit. the best bet should have been to close the program for this yr as soon as they reach their cap.

No, this is a first-come, first-served basis process

Really interesting calculation. But, before nomination, they will initiate pre-screening process so how they will start pre-screening through randomly/lottery/first come first basis?

if they would allocate AOR to 200/300 applicants, then after, I don't think so they should have to accept files.

The remaining applications might be shared with NS recruiters, who knows!!!!

Relax buddy. It doesn't matter who signed. The most important things is that file should be picked up for AOR at least.

Hi, i have read many NS infomations in the last 2 weeks i've been involved on this, and realized top-level business companie owners really needs more immigrants settled there, although Nova Scotians doesn't want more people a survey says.

In other way, i read a post of an well-known immigration consultant, who said NS have already selected all 150 applicants they needed so far.

Cosman is receiving nowadays for many. Pls help me, I use FedeX it normally takes 4 to 5days from chennai, lots of stopping. Chennai, bangalore, mumbai, dubai, paris, indianapolis, mirabel, sydney or halifax. In dubai one day halt. How about DHL, so that I can use DHL next time.
