Visa office ACCRA
NOC code 2171
IELTS 8.5 (no longer valid),also submitted letter from university that english was medium of instruction
Spouse IELTS - Not required, but spouse will take exams tomorrow
Exp in NOC category: 3.5+

Now the waiting starts. ANyone received any information?

For that I am arranging a new Bank Account with the required funds but issue here is; there wont be any history as it will be just new, whereas CIC needs 3 months stateme nt.

Can I apply for NSNP Regional Labor Market Demand Stream, if i has already applied under MPNP General Stream(Manitoba) and more than 15 months have been passed but have not received any process (Neither sponsor interview nor applicant interview) on my application and MPNP is telling that your application is still in queue for processing. Would my application be considered under NSNP Regional Labor Market Demand Stream ? If anything else please let me know.

i email to NSNP and put same question and they reply

Nova Scotia has only 700 nominations for this year. We are looking to nominate applicants who fulfill Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Demand and are committed to Nova Scotia as their first choice for immigration and are willing and able to permanently settle in Nova Scotia. As you have already applied to Manitoba it appears NS is not your first choice.

Yes CIC does not consider property as proof of fund. Get a certification for NSNP ask ur father to open an FD on ur name which u can show to CIC as proof of fund. I can only suggest u to save as much as possible for 3-4 months till u get the nomination.. So that u can show good bank balance and also FD ...
