Nothing is wrong. Only thing is matter that you wrote clearly and immigration office can read it.
Take a example if someone used black pen but immigration office can not able to read it....

You can understand what I am trying to says.

There is nothing specific instruction about PEN because now a days all forms are PDF format.

Is it important the colour of the pen? I used blue one but the settlement I typed in computer. All the signatures I wrote with blue ink even the CIc forms. God is that wrong?

I am not waiting for SINP or NSNP... I have applied under CEC....

Now my application is already sent. Hope the immi officer will assess what I wrote more than how I wrote it.

c. Civil Engineering is regulated. I'll say Yes

d. this answer depends on what steps you've taken. You may have taken no steps or have started taking steps.

Genrally, the first step is to figure out if you earned your degree in a country that has any educational accord with Canada (like the washignton accord). They way to find out is to email Engineers Canada, include your degree, year degree was earned, school and country. They'll tell if your degree falls under any accord / not. Under some accords, you will not need to take the Canadian test , a review of your transcript will suffice with proof of experience. In other cases, you may need to take several tests

Dear

As per the App guide the NSNP's App should be mailed to

Nova Scotia Office of Immigration
1741 Brunswick St., Suite 110A
Halifax, Nova Scotia
CANADA B3J 2Y3
Tel: (902) 424-5230

Pl confirm/comment

No problem me to mailed to the same address and it reached

As to the forms i filled some forms handwritten as my printer broke. Some were printed, filled out thru the computer. I used black pen for the handwritten and for signing the computerized forms. I dont think there must be an exact bar codes for the forms to be sent to federal and nova scotia. What is important is the contents must be the same. Handwriting must be legible.

We are not doing pre-screening. :P Better you can drop a mail to them. :D

People who dont know the info please dont answer and waste my time. This not a place where we are making fun

I got the news that NSNP is not First Come First Server basis. I don't know but got the news from others.
Otherwise, people will get the AOR at least.

I hope everyone will get sooner.
