Sorry dear youskal, I had a similar situation as I lived in KSA for 2 years. Warsaw office asked me to provide police clearance from the saudi authorities and gave me 60 days to submit it. I contacted them several times that I'm unable to provide that document however I recieved no replay. After the end of the period they asked me again for that document and gave me another 60 days. I had to travel to KSA myself on Omrah and had that document and send it to warsaw. It cost me a lot of time and money!!!
So friends be aware that chc officers are very strict among documents related to police certificates!!!

guys,
am filling the IMM0008egen (the first apllication form)
i have half sisters and brothers, should i already stated that in the familly application, but my question should i state them also in IMM0008 application ? coz they say in this application, just your familly members and your spouse or childrens ......
what is your sugestions ?

A few more questions reagarding the forms, please give me a hand:

1) In Generic form for, VISA OFFICE REQUESTED FOR THE PROCESS OF YOUR APPLICATION , what should I write? damascus or warsa

2)Please do me a favour and leave the 2006 NOC list here if possible or give a link to find it in order to make sure about the NOC codes

3) Once there any Iranian applicants here, please let me know what the unit is on the military service completion card, since there are several numbers up there but none of them is mentioned as VAHED

Application for Criminal Record in Side KSA

The Public Security Department has designed the following rules and regulations, which govern the issue of a criminal record certificate. A public authority, an institution, a citizen or a resident in the kingdom may request the Criminal Record Certificate for the purposes of employment or as a requirement for enrolling in a college or an institute.



The certificate can only be issued to the applicant and must not be issued to someone else.



The following procedures must be followed to obtain a criminal record:

The applicant must visit the police station closest to his/her residential address and submit to the chief of the Criminal Evidence Division a letter, which must indicate the purposes for which the certificate would be used, from the institution or public authority requesting the criminal record certificate.
If the applicant is Saudi, he/she must bring his/her original National ID Card and a color photograph, 6x4 cm in size to the police station.
If the applicant is a registered resident in the kingdom, he/she must bring his/her passport and a color photograph, 6x4 cm in size to the police station.
The identity-vetting officer will take a set of fingerprints of the applicant.
The acknowledgment of receipt is proof of application. The receipt will specify the date the applicant can collect the criminal record certificate from the police station.
The applicant is required to return to the police station on the date specified on the receipt. Upon presenting it, he/she can collect the criminal record certificate. The certificate can only be issued to the applicant.
If the applicant loses the acknowledgment receipt, a letter must be submitted to the police station regarding the loss. Upon successful identity check, a new acknowledgment receipt is issued. Upon signing the confirmation the criminal record certificate will be released.

Regarding police certificte for KSA
if u r inside KSA apply to Public security /crimina evidences department with a letter from local Canadian embassy and passprt and two photos
if u are outside KSA apply to KSA embassy with a letter from local Canadian embassy and passprt and two photos then they will send you to local police to get fingerprints and after that they will process

they main by familly membrers ,your children and spouse (read the second page of immm0008 it is clearly explained)
but You have to mention all your & your spouse brothers and sisters only in the additional familly information form

For myself i wrote the damascus office as in the original application ,moreover they provided a linkin "UL" to supplimentary information specific to the visa office,if you click you will find that this link is to supplemtary information of Damascus office

All application forms except Damascus supplementary form are fill-able. Use adobe acrobat professional.
I had problems with version 2009, so i switched to version 2007,and it was perfectly good.
