Did you attach a letter along with your webform enquiry @mstefan ?
Nope. The posts about attachments appeared in this thread after I’ve sent my web form. So I wanted to prepare one if I got an afghan crisis response again. Luckily I didn’t get there

Did you notice any GU?
I don't have any GU today!
I’ll check. Didn’t think about checking my account. Lost the habit out of desperation :)

The email itself is not interesting, but the attached PDF is where all the steps are. Here is the most important part:

In your response, for yourself and for each member of your family, copy and paste this template and fill in the information (check your passport for the dates and location):
 Name:
 UCI:
 Email (as set out in this message):
 Original entry date:
 Date of last time you entered Canada:
 Location where you last entered:
Basically I need to answer with all the info they're asking, for each dependant and myself, and then I guess they'll send me the portal credentials

Thank you so much!
With regards to the two questions below, do you know if Flagpole count as an entry? They didn't stamp on my passport when we did it in Rainbow bridge.

Oh wow, that's a riddle. Not sure how flagpoling is considered. My guess is that it is a new entry. The stamp is not always relevant. For ex, my mother-in-law flew in from Europe 3 days ago, she's got a visitor visa, and her passport was not stamped at all (which also means they allowed her to stay 6 months). They would stamp it only if they restrict her stay to less than 6 months. So, don't base your info on your stamp. If you physically passed the border in one way (exit) and then again in the other (entry), even without entering in another country between those two, I would say it's an entry.

I agree, thanks!

Sorry, forgot to answer that. No GU after all. I just managed to log in after trying several times in the previous 3 hours.

Got it. Thanks!
I sent a Web form today and received the generic reply just now. I hope the person who handle it is kindly enough to forward to the officer

Hey, thanks :) Just the first one, for now. I answered a little late today with the info they were asking. I'm waiting for the next step...

Did you respond once or each of your dependend need to respond?
You mentioned your dependend received the email as well. Just wondering what's the proper way.
