    I think they split main applicant from dependants. For my dependants before showed 40 months. Now 8 nonths and you can select the month you applied. That's new.

    What I observed in this forum is they stopped processing on april 2023. Nobody who applied after that date had news. So why the numbers are decreasing. It is strange. I have hope but it will be good they explain how they will be processing under this one-time initiative.

    It's not 95,000 , they announced 115,000. Cut off on applicants until jun 2025. Thats what I understand.

    Eligibility is not good reference. Can take one year or two. Depend on when security is passed. When that is passed the process is almost done.

    Maybe can wait few months and the process speed up. If not maybe is good to go to third country if you cant go back to your home country. It's hard to be apart from the family. Life goes on and time never come back.

    That is a biggggg question. I tried two times to get visa for my husband and daughter. Refused. Reasons: Strong family ties in Canada.

    Need a form, you can request it to the gov. Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor (PPTC 326), go to a commissioner of oaths, in any registry or pay a lawyer. It is around 75 cad. They sign that document and your photocpies of id and picture. It is easy. I have my sevond RTD and never ask...
