There has the changes in the processing time. Those not yet submitted the application show 17 months now. Let's keep praying that they will start taking action for one time initiative program soon.
I don't think so. it is updated for old applicant too. Below is based on March 2023 submission.

This shity system keep changes every week
I applied it was 22 month it become 24 then 26 29 and 31 then 33
Now what my app is almost 34 months and yet 3 month left without aky guarantee
Don't worry, it'll be by sequence.. of course we'll get priority first. It's system algorithm, processed applications' speed- remaining applications- quota/level plan all those factors are considered while updating processing time. It was way too high like 99 months though the system algorithm worked like that. It's pathetic we wait a long time but those who'll apply now their processing time is only 17 months.
I do not understand one thing how they clear the backlog! before it was 145000 now it is 95500.Applicant before my application was 116400 and now 75000.They do not even give huge number of final decisions if we saw the previuos data in this forum pending applications are still pending.Quite un realistic
