    Up to the VO. Assume you included proof of these confirmed reservations. If you haven’t heard back submit passport as soon as your return home. Better to ask forgiveness than wait for an answer most of the time. Not a significant amount of time so likely will be fine.

    No. A large portion of H&C applicants don’t have status and H&C does not prevent removal. CBSA rarely deported people with active H&C cases but that has changed.
