PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Same here! I was told there was a production error last week. Just logged into GCKey and status changed to Approved with a message inside "We mailed your PR Card to you".

I must have refreshed the GcKey page about 5000 times in the last month and a half, possibly more, only to see the dreaded "Submitted" status every time.

PR Portal still shows Photo as "In review with IRCC"

Timeline below:

Portal Email received: October 11, 2021
Address and Photo submitted: October 11, 2021
eCOPR received from OSC-Operations Support Centre: October 12, 2021
Address accepted in Portal: October 21, 2021
Email rcv'd informing about Production error & cards re-sent to production November 23, 2021
PR Card (Approved & Mailed in GCKey): November 29, 2021
PR Card received: Waiting....

How did you know that there production error? Did you call them? Or did it show on your GCKey?

My eCoPR was issued by OSC (Ottawa) and I emailed basically everyone. I simply did not care anymore if they like it or not. The prairies account has been pretty good at replying to people based on what I've seen in these forums.

Hey what did you say in the email to check for the status because i received my ecopr on oct 13 and i am still waiting no update at all

I just said I recently became PR and that my address was approved over a month ago, that I needed to travel urgently for wedding appointments and basically begged them for an update on the cards. They replied 4 days later to inform me my cards had an error in production, that it was fixed, and they re-sent them to production. No ETA or anything else.

Hi All,

I got CoPR on July 23rd and am still waiting for my PR card. As per the CoPr document , the CoPR expires by December 14. what should i do incase if Pr is not received before coPr expiry time.
