- Passport
- Letter from IRCC
- CVAC Consent Form – Pages 1 and 2 only (see attached)
- Typed Return address, telephone number and email address on a sheet of paper
- Payment slip of GHC173.00 (per person for residents within Accra) or GHC175.00 (per person for residents outside Accra) or GHC411.00 (per person if you live in any other country within Africa) )
- Required size passport pictures – Permanent Resident Applicants(50mmX70mm with date, name and address of studio behind one photo)
- Any other documents required – Permanent Resident Applicants

the mail is from VFS, the only thing you'll do with dhl is to courier the passport to Accra.

@peterjohn, what is the status of the passport now, when is it likely for them to send it back..Also when u said sent to IRCC, I tot the passports are stamped in Accra, Pls how did u pay the fees cos someone was saying you can’t pay directly to them from Nigeria…Thank you
@peterjohn So apart from these below, did you attach any other document? I remember there was a long pink slip given after the Biometrics was captured. Did you attach that?

I didn't attach that cos it wasn't requested for & I think it's not needed, since you'll be paying VFS Accra for their service.
I think that slip is only applicable if you're submitting to where you did your biometrics.

VFS Accra sends it to IRCC in Accra.
I had someone pay for me in Ghana & I sent the naira equivalent to the person's naira account.
My passport was just sent to IRCC on 3rd, no other update yet. Most people that send to Accra testify to a 2 weeks return time.

I got my passport back yesterday, sent directly to Accra, it took exactly two weeks and I had my passport back in my hand.
Accra was smooth and hassle free for me, they responded to emails within minutes.
