Im sure this question has been asked a million times before but I couldn't find anything after hours of searching, so please accept my apologies in advance.
I applied for inland CEC over 2 years ago and had to move to Germany in August. They approved my PR last week (finally) and I a letter on my profile stating that I need to send some documents to the Vienna Visa Office to obtain my COPR and a PR travel visa. the letter states the following:

Now my question is, do I really need to submit them the flight itinerary now to obtain my visa? I read online that I have a year before my COPR expires and I can travel to Canada anytime during that period.4. Report Back to Us
