Hi @legalfalcon, if PNP applicants do not submit a schedule 4 form at the time of application is it advisable to send it via webform promptly or should one wait for the IRCC to ask this? Also if they request it later does it further delay the processing like an ADR?

Ok so I went through my gcms notes in detail, to see if this was probably an oversight of the schedule 4 form at the time of review of eligibility. In the section under incoming correspondence/documents, there is an item “Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees” with the status as “Not Started”. So it’s probably because this was not received right? What do u suggest I do now?
Wait for the ADR, I don't think you should submit a web form for this document. My GCMS notes say "Schedule 4 on file: Yes".

It's fantastic that IRCC doesn't include a mandatory document as required in the initial application but instead chooses to request it later. So typical of IRCC...

There will be a delay for sure due to the ADR request which is why it is advised to submit this document during e-APR itself.

As far as I know, HK, perhaps not by definition, is also a very wealthy country. They just offered a special stream and priority processing to people from HK. I don't see why they wouldn't do that with Taiwan. I'm sure there people wanting to immigrate to Canada from Taiwan. Regardless, I wasn't being serious. I was just making a joke about IRCC's batshit decision making. Hopefully we all see some good news in a couple of days and bid good riddance to the shitstain that ruined Canadian immigration.
People from Taiwan can directly get Green Card lottery to the US. Why would they even bother to consider Canada?

Well then isn’t it just better to submit via webform?
Not sure, I think they send the ADR anyway, let's see what legalfalcon has to say.

Those posts are referring to Schedule A which is different from Schedule 4.

which stream bruh you ?
me is hcp
i'd like to know how oinp verified your job exp
french speaker stream.

I think OINP just verifies through your reference letter and proof of compensation. More documents are required for OINP compared to Alberta. If they need further evidence they'll just send you an ADR.

Bossman has not gotten any call yet. Personally I don't think OINP does the calling employer thing coz they invite a massive amount of people... But let me give u an update if they actually call.

That’s schedule A which is pretty much standard issue. But yes to your point anything is possible even after you’ve passed everything.

Hope no delays, can’t afford any more hurt :(

Sheesh I'm out of my senses today. Yeah schedule A not 4. I'm thinking about just sending it in a webform, can't see how it can hurt the process more than an ADR.
