I would think it is nice to always give a simple letter to provide supporting info needed. If you are sending someone else for pickup, usually authorization (like confirming the signature of person picking up in a letter and some identification (e.g. drivers license or passport etc.) would never hurt.

Hi Guys , I got a request to send Adhar card & Voter card for proof or relationship and they have also request PCC again. I have already submitted PCC in 2019 should I get a new one or can send the old one.

I was asked for PCC twice, i just resubmitted the old ones along with the proof that the original PCC was submitted at the time of the original request and i said i can provide copies of new ones if necessary. They accepted the old ones...

I think providing everything asked for will help to avoid any additional delays. But as I saw a previous comment about submitting the old PCC worked, maybe you can start the process for PCC but send the old one with the statement. I know PCC has validity so sometimes they may require a new one and they are doing it very randomly-some people need it and others don't. So starting the process will help you save some time in case they require a new one.

Yes thay have asked be to provide the copy of original and there is a link to upload in MyCIC account

Yes. We were only 3 living in Canada for those years, but I assumed I needed to add my mom to the calculations

COPR date is the deadline. Are you in tracker? Could you share your timeline?

Do you have any reference for the fact that COPR date is the dead line ? Because in the pass request letter they emphasized on the 12 months medical period validity.

The reason i asked was if for eg you and your spouse had a baby in 2017 then you will only count 3 people for 2016 and 4 people for 2017,2018. From what i can recall, EI should be picked as income as its taxable. You have a solid reason to appeal from my opinion but you should definitely consult a professional. I am not sure if you will be able to add your husband to the existing appliction at this point to qualify.

The above info for family calc is not mentioned anywhere in CIC website hence it gets confusing. However, i have confirmed this with CIC agents over the phone on 2 diff occassions.

I strongly suggest ordering GCMS notes. What myself and a lot of other folks have noticed is, that there is movement in the file right after (in many cases the next day) after the GCMS notes are ordered. Dont lose hope, try this and see if it works. Please dont think of this as a formula to get the file moving. Its just worth a try.

I wouldn't think of it as a formula but anything helps. How does one order GGCMS notes?
