it sounds pretty intense. Should I be worried?

Thanks Raj. My 8th-12th certificate does not have my mother(Applicant)'s name and I do not have Indian passport anymore so I am planning to send them my birth certificate only.

Even I don't have my Indian passport anymore, in the sense it is cancelled because of my Canadian citizenship. But I still sent it as it has my parents info.

I received a letter with the same wording. it sounds standard. don't worry about it.

Did you get passport request before invitation letter? I’ve got passport request from mid July and LVO emailed me that I will be advised by CPC in Canada. Nothing happened until now!

Asking for the collective advice as at this point don't know what how to proceed.

I sent my application for my mother June 20, 2019. The status hasn't changed since January 15, 2020 as "Submitted".

I requested an update to CIC using their web form, and the answer is the generic answer, because of COVID waiting times etc etc... Her paperwork was supposed to be processed in Mexico, then they said, the review process is taking place in the CPC Mississauga office.

I need to bring my mom soon per her conditions and living alone without my help are very detrimental to her health and overall wellbeing, given the situation of where she is.

What can I do to, who to ask or how to proceed to accelerate her move with me? While she has visitor visa, her passport is also coming to expiry date next year in March, and the covid vaccine she has is not approved in Canada yet.
