Request someone to reply. Asked in two places already but nobody is replying. Please do reply if you can.

1) My IELTS is expiring on 10th Aug 2021. I got NOI from Ontario on July 27 2021. I am planning to submit my OINP application by 5th Aug 2021 by which date the IELTS will still be valid. Will this be okay? There are no dates till Sep 22 2021 or else I would have taken a fresh test before submission.

2) Have no ties to Ontario. Will this hinder my application in any way? How do I workaround this? Please suggest.

1. Submit your application before your IELTS expires otherwise OINP will just reject it and your NOI will be wasted. Your EE profile will become invalid and out of the pool automatically once your IELTS expires so give a new test ASAP, create a new EE profile and inform OINP through email explaining the situation and provide them with the new EE profile number so that they can nominate you.

2. Ties don't matter, just mention that you did some research on where jobs are available in the province for you and which city you intend to settle in.

The address on my passport is of my parent's place in Delhi.
I work & stay outside Delhi from past 10-11 years.., so I just visit Delhi on vacations or leaves.

Thus, in the history for past 10 years I won't have this address while filling PR application.

Will it be an issue? Does anyone have a similar situation?

Any help is much requested.

That should be okay for OINP. But you will need a new one for IRCC

Guys, I have a question, I submitted my application. and for digital photos, I uploaded the picture as pdf, as I did for OINP.
Should I send a WebFormWith JPG format of pictures? Or pdf is fine? However, the picture is as per the format they require.

If .pdf is in list of of file types they will accept for the picture then it should be okay.

Seems, I made a mistake. I should raise a WebForm request immediately, correct?

Size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm. Image size: at least 420 x 540 pixels. We accept JPEG or JPEG2000 format. File size: approximately 240 kB, no more than 4 MB. Image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, the common output for most digital cameras. Temporary residents and Express Entry The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm. If you scan an existing photo, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch. Canadian citizenship certificate Final frame size of the photo must be 50mm x 70mm. Upload a colour digital photo taken by a commercial photographer (We don't accept black and white photos). Scanned photos are not accepted. Photo must be taken within the last 6 months. Don't use a smart phone to take the photo. Don't change the digital photos in any way. You must also upload the photographer's information (name, address and date the photo was taken) to the "Client Information" item, under Optional Documents. We accept the photographer's receipt or a text file.

I've a question: my spouse's engineering degree from Karnatak University includes both English and Kannada. The English content is preceded by its translation in Kannada - I've mentioned this in the LOE and have also included the WES report. However, I'm now wondering if it will trigger an ADR and if I should do something about this in advance... Getting it translated again would be silly though because the same content will appear twice.

Has anyone else faced this?

Hi Guys, I have a query. If the secondary applicant doesnt get a letter from the current company on the Company letter head, in that case, Should I get an affidavit or its not needed? I am going to get a reference letter from my manager separately (not on the letter head).

We moved my spouse's entire work history to the 'personal history' section because of the difficulty in getting letters from past employers. This was a personal choice of course based on what was suggested by others on this forum.

If you are not claiming points for it then move it to the personal history.

They provided me with a system generated balance certificate on bank letter head.

It has the below mentioned lines printed:

"This certificate has been issued without analyzing customer's net-worth and the overall indebtedness with the issuing bank or any other Bank/Financial institution.

Hence this letter shall not and cannot be construed as a solvency certificate at any circumstances.

This certificate is issued at the request of the customer without any risk on the part of the bank, either as a guarantor or otherwise, for the purpose of Student visa/immigration/tourist visa/work or business visa, and will not constitute any liability either on the part of the bank or the signing official."

So,
1) It does not mention that I have no outstanding debts or loans with the bank.
2) Also, It does not mention my 6 month average balance.

What should I do? Is this letter along with 6 months bank statement enough?

I'm running out of time and have not started the application yet due to various documents pending.
Please let me know your suggestions/opinions.

1) It does not mention that I have no outstanding debts or loans with the bank. - Then just tell them your bank is unwilling to cooperate and that you have no other accounts with them. To back it up, you can provide a screenshot of your online accounts showing all the accounts.
2) Also, It does not mention my 6 month average balance. - Then mention the same and provide your 6-month statements.
