Hey Everyone.
I have a query regarding HCP draw.
Is there any chances of having another HCP OINP draw this year?
Missed last draw due to wrong Noc code selection. :(

Nikhil, can i ask you couple questions? i posted the same on other thread but you seems like very knowledgeable with these.

On OINP, are these 2 the same?
  • Please list all of your established ties in Ontario below (maximum 1000 characters): Mandatory
  • Intention to Reside in Ontario (optional)
I am writing something like letter of explanation for the first one, but then on documents section, there is intention to reside in Ontario again. i can see its optional, so I guess it's for people who went over 1000 characters? please confirm if anyone knows.

Work History
in the last 10 years, other than my current one which I had for 3years and 7 months, and that is the noc code that i got invited with. I had my own business in Australia which failed and is not related to this noc code so i didn't mention it on ee profile. I don't have tax records or anything as I closed and threw them out when I left Australia. would proof of business registration during those period work? i can also get letters from clients to say that i was working with them during those period.

Status Documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory, if applicable)
lastly for this, does this include student visa?

thanks in advance mate!
Hi...for the Intention to reside and ties with Ontario, @Maduka has very well summarized, I have also written mine on the similar lines.

For work history please mention details as per EE and the ones who's supporting document viz., reference letter, salary slips etc you can submit. I have submitted for my current job only in which I a have been working for last 6 years and has the same noc code. Hope this helps, from whatever I have heard is,your work history and bank related documents are the most important ones so mention details accordingly.

For the status documents, please check what have they mentioned, whether they want your current status only or historical as well, since I never had any status in Canada hence totally ignored it.

Did anyone here have loans? My husband, who is the primary applicant, has a loan linked to his primary savings account. Do we have to declare the loan or can we furnish Proof of Funds in another account or Fixed Deposit linked with another account?

Dear All

My friend has received an NOI from OINP. But there is a small issue, request you to please guide or clarify on it.
  1. The profile has been created in Jan’2021 and at that time he was single. Hence, the profile was as single applicant without any dependents / marital status. However, he got married in May’2021 and tried to update the marital status in the profile. But was unable to change the status as the editing of that field was disabled. So the profile remained as a single applicant without any update about the marriage.
  2. 26 Jul 2021 he received the invitation based on the profile which doesn’t have the information about marriage. Can he go ahead and submit the application to OINP and explain it any LOE or Change of Personal Information form? Will they accept it?

Appreciate your thoughts / guidance on this. Or else, should he reject this NOI and create a new profile with marital status?

Thanks,

Hi, same here! I have CRS 458. My profile has NOC 5122 but I do have more than 1 year experience in 0114 which was included in 27th July OINP HCP draw. I am thinking of changing my Primary NOC to 0114. Will there be another HCP OINP draw this year? Do they repeat the invited NOCs? My CRS will 453 in October this year.

With a score of 494, you have very high chances of getting picked whenever there is next EE, do you qualify for CEC category?

NO, I only qualify the fsw, so I just waiting for the next fsw draw. that's why I want to know the possibility of ONIP tech draw.
The scores for OINP tech draws have been in the range of 450-465 historically, hence NOI for a tech draw with a score of 494 looks bit challenging, however you have a very solid CRS score, the moment IRCC resumes EE draw you should be through. All the best!!
