I have applied second time PRTD on 7th June 2021(earlier approved in 2016 but have not used it) on H&C grounds....... waiting for reply..... do somebody let me know how long they r taking for reply.

No , my friends and others on this forum instructed.
My friends passport is stamped , she sent PPR only.

As per my knowledge , IRCC makes the decision on the application and VFS has no right to take or interfere in the application , their job is to provide visa only . So I guess , Passport Stamping is the final step.
Also, where is your passport going ?

So did you just send the passport directly to VFS, becoz in that email it says to contact them via email for 2 way service.

I received the email too but was planning to contact VFS on submission.
