I am CEC applicant AOR 25 Sep 2020. Everything passed Since April 25th 2020. Still awaiting for email from IRCC. Called multiple time they are saying wait. Did Any one have any Idea. How long it will take to get an email/phone from IRCC after Final status is approved. Waiting....
This wait is killing me.
My Primary VO is Ottawa and As per GCMS file Assigned to RC-3296, Assigned by :- AP12262.
Any one in Same boat?
Do you see any outgoing correspondence in your GCMS notes? Do you have any outland dependent?

Joining this thread as I'm also waiting for the final decision on my application. An IRCC agent has told me that all stages in processing my application have been completed as of June 1st. The agent also mentioned that my application is approved in principle. The office will issue a COPR to officialize my status as a Permanent Resident not too long & that I have to check my inbox & junk mail. I came across this comment from another thread that this person received his COPR directly in the email (no portal request) a month & a half after all stages passed (VO is also Ottawa): https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/all-stages-passed-waiting-copr-track-here.720758/post-9444777 It seems that they have different processing methods. I raised a web form today with my concern as my current work permit will expire next month. Let's see how it goes. I'll post any updates here.
Just an update: An IRCC agent responded 2 days after submitting my inquiry via web form (normally it takes a week to get a response). As expected, the agent told me to apply for my OWP extension. Today I called again as I'm getting worried because I saw many March AORs receiving the first email. So I explicitly asked the agent which visa office is processing my application, she's saying the primary office is Ottawa and the secondary office is Calgary (where I'm currently living). I also asked, out of curiosity what would be the next step if all stages are passed. The agent said the local office will "finalize" the application. I asked what could be holding up for an application to be finalized. Then the agent said they need to contact you to confirm your current address and that the next email will be coming from the local office (Calgary), so I think & hope that it's a good sign.

This is frustrating. Are you based in Ontario, if you don't mind me asking?

Yep. I live in GTA. And I spoke to them yesterday and got the info on VO. Last month when i called, VO was sydney. So, Most probably files have been transferred to local VO. Now, local VO must send an email. Not sure, how long the wait time will be.

Sounds good then. Same here, VO was previously Sydney. Now it depends on the workload at the local VO. Hoping we'll receive the first email soon!

Do you know your visa office?
Last I heard it was Ottawa, not sure if it has been transferred to Vancouver or not though. I can't be bothered trying to get through to an agent 387465837645 times to find out anymore, haha.
