Yup he is litterally putting info out there for us. No more "chatty lawyer" please guys and gals.

I understand. Meanwhile, the word "chatty" does not have a negative nuance, according to a web dictionary.
It implies that the person is friendly and like talking with people, and does not imply that the person leaks rumors.
And someone told him, in a live session, that he is called "chatty" in an immigration forum. The lawyer's reaction was not negative. He laughed a bit with a bashful face.
I think people here are not native English speakers so probably we do not know a nuance...

Well that's true but keep in mind that what you are talking about is an ideal situation and an ideal way of performing the tasks but that being said ideal is sometimes very far away from what takes place in practical life. the ideal scenario didn't take place that is why not 1,2 or 3 but many others have issues in their app because lets not forget that not everyone had access to this forum and CII's lawer videos. There were a lot of newbies in immigration who didn't have a clue about and were waiting for a checklist from IRCC.

That being said on the day itself when them checklist came (May 5) there is a high possibility that many were at their workplace and reached home late that night but still gave their best until it the portal opened and between all this they made some honest mistakes because in the end of the day no matter what we all say, the time frame given by IRCC was was extremely less when compared to any immigration program in its HISTORY. CII's head lawyer also had his huge complaints against the timings.

Moreover lets not forget that this whole pathway is under the compassionate and humanitarian category, so yes we should hope something positive and that's what we all have been.
Totally agree with your statement buddy. And also lots of people who did"not got leave on 6th may to apply for TR to PR pathway, so please don't judge anybody because everybody faced different circumstances during application.

Facts but person of this stature who is not just a lawyer but Head of Canadian Bar Association, he deserves a much better adjective, like for real. Yes we could differ on that but in my ethics pay loan and respect, whenever and wherever due.

See, now he fights back :)

Youtube TR to PR Pathway - Critical New Update! IRCC is now starting to reject the attempts of applicants to correct mistakes made when they filed their TR to PR Pathway application. In this video, Mark is going to break down the latest IRCC instructions and provide direction on how to deal with this brutal new development. Mark will also provide insight on where he feels the TR to PR Pathway program will be headed in the future. Will IRCC re-open the International Graduate stream? Will they create a new transitional work permit for those whose work permits will expire before their TR to PR Pathway is processed? Tune in to find out. (copy from Mark's youtube).

* I wonder Mark quitted, or lost his job at IRCC before?

Agree. It is sarcastic that people working in full-time basis, whom Canada want to prioritize (but score is not enough for some reasons), were in disadvantageous position.

After AOR, they have Application number. With Application number, you can upload any amendment documents.
Really ? As per my experience we can send documents through web form for giving important information related to our application , and after receiving the documents through web form ( if you have application number)the IRCC call centre agents add notes to your file and forward it to appointed officer . But these documents never considered as part of application . On the basis of this information( web form) it depends on officer whether he want to request these documents through dedicated application portal or not .(or want to proceed for final decision without requesting these documents to add along with submitted application).

That is why the webform has the Application number slot. Are we talking about principle/rules or human attitude? :)

And it depends on person to person how they want to perceive IRCC rules related to different applications or situations but they have specific system to deal with every kind of situation and they go with their rules.
